q&a
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I very much enjoy having a balance of being out spending time with family and friends, trying new food, going to concerts, the beach, playing sport as well as taking time out at home enjoying a good movie, watching the football or cooking.
What’s your favourite quote?
“The things that make me different are the things that make me, me” – Piglet
Where is your favourite travel destination?
I have dreamt of travelling to Paris most of my life and have been fortunate enough to visit and it did not disappoint! The history, art, food and the shopping were…magnifique!
What does therapy mean to you?
To gain a better understanding of oneself and navigate the challenges that can occur in life within a safe place. I strongly emphasise the importance of instilling a collaborative approach to therapy to explore vulnerabilities; to assist in identifying strengths; with an aim to achieve one’s goals and move toward living a more fulfilled life.
